Ukraine and Russia to release MH17 crash official reports on Oct. 13, - Butusov

Censor.NET Chief Editor Yurii Butusov has announced that today, Oct. 13, on the eve of the publication of the official report by the Dutch government, Ukraine and Russia's governments will present their official technical reports.

He wrote this on his Facebook page.

Butusov writes: "Important information! On Oct. 14, the Netherlands will publish the results of the technical examination of the MH17 tragedy. The verdict in the criminal case is to be delivered by the court which is to take place in future. It stands to reason that the technical examination is crucial in determining those guilty.

"Therefore, tomorrow [the post was written on Oct. 12 - ed.] Ukraine and Russia will publish their official technical reports to substantiate their positions. The Ukrainian side will be represented by Vice Prime Minister Hennadii Zubko. All the expert work in the case was carried out by the Kyiv Scientific and Research Institute of Forensic Examinations under the lead of Oleksandr H. Ruvin, with the participation of the Kharkiv Air Force University and Pivdenne (Yuzhnoie) Design Office named after M. Yanhel.

"Russia will present two reports - the Air Force Academy of the Russian Armed Forces sticks to conclusion that the Boeing was hit by an air-to-air missile rather than an anti-aircraft Buk missile. They are quite serious in saying that by the characteristics of the warhead it could be an Israeli Python missile. This version is supported by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation which accuses Ukrainian pilot Voloshyn of hitting the airliner.

"Russia's Concern "Almaz-Antey" - the producer of the Buk missile systems - understands that it is impossible to prove the air-to-air missile version. Therefore, they argue that the plane was downed by a Buk missile which, though, was not fired in the vicinity of Snizhne but from a different position. The point here is to discredit the photos of the missile launch taken by a Ukrainian patriot, which authenticity has been proved by the Dutch. The photos of the Buk in Torez and Snizhne, compared with some other pictures on the Internet, prove the fact the system is registered with the 53rd Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces," the journalist says.

He carries on: "Dutch prosecutor's office ordered a technical examination from two institutions - the expert company TNO and the Netherlands Space Office. Dutch experts have arrived at the same conclusions as their Ukrainian colleagues. The position of the Netherlands is as follows: the liner's crash was caused by the explosion of a Buk anti-aircraft missile fired in the vicinity of Snizhne. The blast that occurred on the left side and one meter and a half above the cockpit torn off the nose part of aircraft's fuselage, killing both pilots. One pilot's body contained 200 missile fragments, another's - 120 fragments. Crew commander's body was hit by a double-t striking element - the same as used in Buk M1 missiles.

"Censor.NET reported on this evidence.

"The trial against Vladimir Putin and the Russian Federation as the main culprits in the murder of 298 passengers and crew members of the Malaysian Boeing will be fatal for the criminal gang that rules in Russia," Butusov resumes.
