Petro Poroshenko stressed the necessity to withdraw all foreign troops from the occupied territories and regain full control by Ukraine over the state border.

"Leaders of Ukraine, Germany, and France agreed that holding pseudo-elections in separate districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions will be a violation to the Minsk agreements and will threaten the process of further political settlement," the message reads.

Poroshenko also called to immediately release all Ukrainian hostages, including Oleh Sentsov, Oleksandr Kolchenko, and Nadiia Savchenko.
