Last night relatively calm in ATO area: terrorists violated cease-fire five times, - HQ


The cease-fire has been almost complied with by both parties in the anti-terrorist operation area (ATO) yesterday evening.

As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by the ATO press center on Facebook.

According to the HQ message, pro-Russian mercenaries opened fire against Ukrainian army positions only once between 6 p.m. and midnight: "At around 11 p.m., terrorists fired at out strong point near Krymske, the Luhansk region, with small arms."

"In total, the illegal armed gangs violated cease-fire five times on Sept. 1," the message reads.

"Today, Sept. 2, between midnight and until 6 a.m. one case of enemy using weapons had been recorded. After midnight, terrorists were shelling our positions in Opytne from a grenade launcher. In total, the night of Sept. 2 was calm along the entire demarcation line," the HQ announced.
