OSCE gives no evidence of Russian militants weaponry withdrawal, - Hug

Deputy Chief of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine Alexander Hug called the militants' statement on weaponry withdrawal unilateral.

It is reported by Censor.NET citing Deutche Welle. "We are currently observing an intensive movement of weaponry. This proves no withdrawal," he said in an interview to DPA information agency. After militants announced the beginning of withdrawal of heavy equipment, international observers noted "more intensive" movement of weapons in the Donbas.

According to Hug, "so far, we have heard only a unilateral declaration" of militants, which the OSCE can't confirm. Its representative notes there is still no agreement on what weapons, where and by what date should be moved.
