"Four cases of shelling have been recorded since midnight. Shyrokyne was fired at with small arms, Novolaspi in Telmanivsky disctrict with 122-mm mortars, Hranitne - with 152-mm artillery. In the morning, shelling of the village of Berdianske ended. Militants used an SPG of 152-mm caliber against the Ukrainian military. As of now, the situation is relatively calm," Chepurnyi said.
He also said that over the past day, the militants shelled the positions of the Ukrainian military in M Sector (Mariupol - ed.) for 18 times. This is the record number of shelling over the past three weeks.
"For the shelling, the enemy used mortars of 82 mm and 120 mm, self-propelled guns of 122 mm and 152 mm. Sniper duels also took place near Shyrokyne," Chepurnyi said.

The press officer informed that as of now, the situation in Shyrokyne is calm. However, there were casualties among the ATO forces yesterday.
"Unfortunately, we incurred losses yesterday, the information will be presented later," Chepurnyi said.
