Russia will hold responsibility for violating cease-fire - Psaki

The U.S. Department of State confirmed that Russia would face consequences for violation of the cease-fire by the terrorists it supports. The decision on it will be made later.

This was announced by the U.S. Department of State spokesperson Jen Psaki at a briefing in Washington on Monday, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrinform.

According to Psaki, the U.S. still has several scenarios to implement in case of the cease-fire violation by Russia. If the violations continue, the consequences will follow, Psaki said answering a question regarding Kerry's recent announcement of possible sanctions against Russia to be approved by President Obama in the upcoming days.

She said that Russia-supported terrorists continued to prevent the OSCE observers from conducting their mission.

As reported earlier, Secretary of State John Kerry said that more serious sanctions against Russia were being weighed.
