"A number of "DPR" gangs who took part in the fighting at the bridgehead returned from the Debaltseve area to the city [of Donetsk]. The recovery of combat capability, resupply and rearmament of these units are carried out upon their arrival to Donetsk. The arrival of at least two large convoys with manpower and weapons for these purposes is expected on Feb. 23-24," he wrote.
Tymchuk also noted that concentration of Russian-terrorist task forces with at least 30 units of armored combat vehicles (including at least 12 tanks) is noted in the area of Yasynuvata, the Donetsk region.
"Arrival of another echelon with ammunition for the "DPR" terrorist groups from Russia has been recorded in Ilovaisk," he said.
According to Tymchuk, the process of restoring the combat effectiveness of the Russian-terrorist troops at Alchevsk-Stakhanov area continues: "Active redeployment of additional reserves is under way through Krasnodon and Krasnyi Luch. Movement of 35 vehicles and 22 pieces of military equipment has been recorded. Dislocation of two batteries of D-30 howitzers to the area has also been spotted"
