Ukrainian losses at Debaltseve are four times fewer than those of the Russian terrorists – presidential advisor Biriukov

Advisor to the president Yurii Biriukov announced his data on number of losses by each party during the battle of Debaltseve.

He published it on his Facebook page, Censor.NET reports.

He noted: "Yurii Butusov keeps statistics and updates the information in his status (on the subject - ed.). His data is close to that which is on my desk now. Namely: personnel losses for the period of Jan. 18 - Feb. 18 are estimated at 179 people killed, 110 people captured, and 81 people missing in action.

"179 people have fallen in a month. In fact it is a little more, some of the missing will inevitably turn out to be dead, alas. Is it a lot or little, is it reasonable or "we have been betrayed"?

"The enemy has thrown 15,000 - 17,000 troops against our group of 2,500! Its superiority in manpower was by 5-7 times! Our losses constituted 180-200 people, the losses of the enemy - 868 … Our units destroyed a huge number of enemies. The term "Pyrrhic victory" has now become much more tangible for the enemy.

"We have heroes and cowards. We have decent commanders and scum. We are learning to fight, from soldier to general. We will lose our brothers and we will kill our enemies. And some say we will win. Sooner or later, but inevitably," Biriukov concluded.
