Another telephone conversation of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, French President Francois Hollande, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, and Russian President Vladimir Putin could take place today, Feb. 16.
"Basically, the situation is developing quite well, especially if you compare what is happening now and what was happening just a few days ago, right on the eve of the meeting in Minsk. The situation is radically changing now," the representative of the Kremlin said.
Putin's aide reminded that the time came to implement the second item of the agreements - the withdrawal of heavy weapons.
Ushakov also said that the next phone conversation of the "Normandy Four" could take place today.
Earlier, German Foreign Minister urged to proceed with the next part of the Minsk Agreement on the withdrawal of heavy weapons.
