The talks is Minsk have been lasting for over 12 hours, with leaders of Ukraine, Germany, and France negotiating with Russian president on settlement of the Donbas conflict.

"The negotiations are difficult to conduct, but there is hope for success," Yevhen Perebyinis, the Ukraine's Foreign Ministry representative, announced.

At the same time, sources of the Belorussian medium "Belorusskii Partizan" informed that the final document of the talks has been agreed upon by 80%. According to the source, it includes over 10 articles.

More than hour ago, Valerii Chalyi, the deputy head of the President's Administration, announced that the talks would last for two more hours. The parties are negotiating two documents.
