Putin draws reservists to the color and prepares for war


Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on conscription for military training for army reservist citizens in 2015.

The corresponding document was published on the official website of legal information, Censor.NET reports citing TASS.

"Call Russian citizens in army reserve to undergo military training for up to two months in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the Interior Troops of the Interior Ministry, in the bodies of state guard, the bodies of the Federal Security Service in 2015," the decree states.

The terms of the calling are being agreed with local authorities, with the exception of check calls, the terms which are defined by the Defense Ministry.

The government of the Russian Federation and local authorities are instructed to introduce the activities related to the call of the citizens to their duties and their conduct.

Earlier, Russia announced military exercises involving fighter-bombers Su-34 in mid-February near the Ukrainian border.
