Putin's "humanitarian aid" convoys most likely delivered weapons to insurgents - Moscow Red Cross

Putin's "humanitarian aid" convoys could bring weapons and ammunition to the pro-Russian terrorists in the Donbas.

Head of the Moscow city branch of the Russian Red Cross Igor Trunov said, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrinform.

"Weapons and dual-use goods are unacceptable things. We must not throw discredit upon humanitarian aid. That is why the legitimate aid, naturally, implies at least the absence of dual-use goods. And in this case an indirect violation of international humanitarian law took place - that means, that the weapons were most likely delivered," he said.

According to Trunov, he shares the concern of the international community and the Ukrainian authorities on goods that were delivered to the occupied Donbas by these Russian "humanitarian aid" convoys.
