 Poroshenko calls Zelenskyi "virtual" candidate

President of Ukraine Petro Porshenko called his opponent Volodymyr Zelenskyi "virtual" candidate.

He said this during a speech at the Kiev Security Forum on Thursday, Censor.NET reports.

"The virtual candidate addresses everyone with staged, learned words and remarks. From TV screens and smartphones. This remnids me Equilibrium movie. There, in a fictional city, its residents can see their leader only on huge screens ... The outcome is very unexpected. There is no "leader." In fact, there is only his image behind which there is a group of people with cynical interests, and many are eagerly awaiting the new series of Equilibrium, where there is a problem with the bright lights and the real world is not that complicated," Poroshenko said, adding that sooner or later will go out soffits, but reality will remain.

It is easy to be the president of a TV-series in the virtual world, but it is very difficult to be the leader of one of the largest European countries in the real world, Poroshenko stressed.
