According to the survey almost 72 percent of the polled said they will take part in the elections. 19 percent are not sure about going to vote. 8 percent are sure they would not come to polls.
The leader of the presidential race is Zelenskyi – he is supported by 20.7%. Poroshenko (13.2%) takes the second position, Tymoshenko (11%) - the third. 5.8% are ready to give their votes for Hrytsenko, for Boiko - 6.5%, Liashko - 3.5%, Smieshko - 2.3%, Vilkul - 1.8%, Kosholynskyi - 1.5%.
Among those who have decided and intend to vote the results are the following: Zelenskyi 27,7%, Poroshenko - 19,6%, Tymoshenko - 14,8%, Boiko - 9,6%, Hrytsenko - 8,2 %, Liashko - 4,8%.
During the survey respondents were also asked to make their own predictions of who will become the next president of Ukraine. The most probable winner in the presidential election is P.Poroshenko - 23.9%. 19.3% of the respondents predict the victory of Zelensky, and 13.2% of Tymoshenko. 24% of the respondents had not yet been able to determine who, in their opinion, would become the next president of Ukraine.
The social research and marketing center Socis conducted the nationwide survey from March 5 to March 10, 2019 in all regions of Ukraine except for Crimea and the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Some 2,000 respondents aged 18 years were interviewed. The sample is representative in terms of age, gender, region, and settlement type. Personal formalized interview (face-to-face).
