When asked for how long the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) has been conducting this investigation, and if there is any progress, Lutsenko replied: "If the scheme participants do not flee after the leak, everything will be as usual: expert examination in the first place followed by suspicion, a measure of restraint, studying of the case documents by defense and the hearing."
While answering to a comment under the post Lutsenko said that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau has been investigating this case "a little bit longer" than the PGO.
Hromadske asked the PGO press service to comment on the situation, but they said they were not ready yet. The ministry promised to give a comment on Feb. 27.
