It has been six months since the attack on Kateryna Handziuk and three months since her death.
A week ago, her father Viktor Handziuk made a statement on the involvement of head of Kherson Regional State Administration Andrii Hordieiev, his deputy Yevhen Ryshchuk and head of Kherson Regional Council Vladyslav Manher in the murder of Kateryna Handziuk.
The protesters demanded to remove Andrii Hordieiev and Yevhen Ryshchuk from their posts.
Earlier, Viktor Handziuk, the father of the murdered activist, accused head of the Kherson Regional Council Vladyslav Manher and head of the Kherson Regional State Administration Andrii Hordieiev in close cooperation with the criminal authority Moskal, who is suspected of organizing the murder.
As reported, Kherson City Council executive officer, Kateryna Handziuk, who tried to deal with local separatists and harshly criticized the authorities, namely the law enforcement officials, was doused with acid in Kherson early on July 31.
Aug. 2, she was urgently taken from Kherson to Kyiv by an air ambulance.
Aug. 3, the police detained a person suspected of perpetrating attack on the activist.
Nov. 4, Handziuk reportedly died of a blood clot in a Kyiv-based hospital after long treatment.
