As reported by Censor.NET citing the latest update by the JFO headquarters press center as of Dec. 5, Russian mercenaries fired on the Ukrainian troops 15 times using weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements in six cases.
"The Russian occupying troops committed deliberate attacks with grenade launchers of various systems, large-caliber machine guns and small arms. The enemy bombarded the Joint Forces’ stronghold in the vicinity of Opytne village with 120-mm mortars and committed five strikes with 82-mm mortars near Vilnyi village. In addition, the invaders employed ZU-23-2 anti-aircraft gun and two anti-tank guided missiles against the same stronghold.
"Over the past day, the enemy fired upon our strongholds near Pisky, Taramchuk, Novomykhailivka, Krasnohorivka, Chermalyk and Hnutove using no heavy weapons.
"One Joint Forces fighter received combat injuries over the past 24-hour period," the report reads.
Intelligence sources indicate three invaders eliminated and two more wounded yesterday.
It is noted that no attacks on the Ukrainian troops have been recorded in Donbas today, Dec. 6.
