"The Security Service of Ukraine joins the initiative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, which launched a rip-off of #ikhtamnet flash mob. We use this hashtag to release another compilation of personal details of the Wagner PMC mercenaries, who took part in hostilities in Ukrainian Donbas. Especially for Maria Zakharova, the names marked with No. 59, No. 60 and No. 61 belong to the Russian "ichtamnets" (Russian troops known as Otpuskniki ("vacationers") or Ikhtamnet ("they-are-not-there") – Ed.) killed in the so-called "Prigozhyn’s offensive" of Feb. 7, 2018 in the Syrian Deir-ez-Zor province (previous 58 names were made public on the SBU website), " the press service for the law enforcement agency wrote on social media, Censor.NET reports.
The SBU noted that the bodies of mercenaries were "traditionally" handed over to the relatives only in April, so as not to cloud the presidential election results in the Russian Federation.
