As reported by Censor.NET citing the latest update by the JFO headquarters press center as of Nov. 8, combined Russian-separatist forces mounted 14 attacks on the government troops including four strikes with weapons banned by the Minsk agreements.
The invaders employed grenade launchers of various systems, large-caliber machine guns and small arms against the defenders of Krymske, Novoluhanske, Pisky, Opytne, Marinka, Slavne, Krasnohorivka, Starohnativka, Chermalyk, Pavlopil and Lebedynske.
The Russian occupying troops also bombarded the Joint Forces’ stronghold near Novoluhanske from 120-mm mortars. In addition, the invaders barraged the Ukrainian troops deployed in the vicinity of Krymske with 82-mm mortar shells.
"Two Joint Forces fighters were wounded in action over the past 24-hour period," the report says.
No attacks were recorded in the JFO zone today, Nov. 9.
Intelligence sources indicate one Russian mercenary eliminated and 11 more identified as temporary losses.
