As reported by Censor.NET citing the latest update by the JFO headquarters press center as of Oct. 3, combined Russian-separatist troops attacked the government forces 21 times using weapons banned by the Minsk agreements in five of the cases.
The invaders employed grenade launchers, large-caliber machine guns and small arms against defenders of Krymske, Troitske, Luhanske, Novoluhanske, Pisky, Krasnohorivka, Pavlopil, Hnutove, Vodiane and Lebedynske.
"The invaders barraged the Joint Forces’ stronghold in the vicinity of Krymske with 120-mm and 82 -mm mortar shells. In addition, the enemy fired upon the defenders of Krymske with armament of infantry fighting vehicles.
"No Joint Forces fighter was killed or wounded over the past 24 hours," the report reads.
Intelligence sources indicate two Russian mercenaries eliminated and two others wounded yesterday.
"Today, Oct. 4, the enemy employed heavy machine-guns and small arms against the Joint Forces’ stronghold near Vodiane village at the Mariupol section of the forefront. The invaders used no heavy weapons today as well as inflicted no casualties on the Ukrainian troops," the JFO HQ said.
