Following the hearing, one of the suspects, Volodymyr Vasianovych was placed under house arrest, the other two - Serhii Torbin and Mykyta Hrabchuk - will remain in remand prison, journalist Serhii Nikitenko wrote on social media, Censor.NET reports.
"The direct perpetrator of the attack on Katia Handziuk - Mykyta Hrabchuk (aka Murakha) - remains in the remand prison. The appeals court dismissed his appeal," he said.
