Ukrainian army reports three soldiers injured as Russian terrorists committed 26 attacks on June 19

Over the past 24-hour period, the intensity of hostilities in the Joint forces operation (JFO) zone remained on the same level as the day before.

As reported by Censor.NET citing the latest update by the JFO headquarters press center as of June 19, 2018, the Russian-occupation troops violated cease-fire 26 times over past day using heavy weapons banned by the Minsk agreements in three cases.

At Horlivka section of the forefront, the enemy kept trying to weaken the Ukrainian troops’ defenses in the vicinity of Artemove. The invaders tried to invite retaliation of Ukrainian troops on the outskirts of Avdiivka and Pisky in Donetsk direction.

The situation was also reportedly tense at Mariupol section of the frontline near Starohnativka, Chermalyk, Talakivka, and Vodiane villages.

"The JFO units adequately responded to the enemy artillery and mortar strikes, attacks with armament of the infantry fighting vehicles and small arms fire as well as prevented the invaders from gaining tactical superiority. Three our servicemen were wounded in action over the past day," the situation report reads.

Intelligence sources indicate three invaders wounded in the past 24-hour period.

"The intensity of hostilities has somewhat decreased since midnight today, June 20: the enemy employed only small arms against the Ukrainian troops. No Ukrainian soldier was killed or injured in action as of 7 a.m. today," the statement reads.
