JFO center reports three soldiers injured in 55 yesterday’s attacks with two Russian terrorists killed, three injured in retaliation act

Over the past 24-hour period, the hostilities were mainly recorded at Donetsk section of the frontline near Zaitseve, Novozvanivka, Avdiivka, Vodiane, Butivka mine, and Pisky.

Censor.NET reports citing the latest update by the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) press service as of May 10.

According to the JFO headquarters, the situation was also tense on the outskirts of Popasna (the Luhansk region), and Shyrokyne (Mariupol section of the frontline).

"In violation of international agreements, the enemy breached truce by attacking our positions 55 times. Heavy weapons were used in 15 of the attacks including depth strikes with 152-mm cannons. The JFO detachments gave proportionate response to the attacks and maintained active defense," the situation report reads.

The most intense fighting was recorded in the vicinity of Avdiivka’s industrial zone.

Intelligence sources indicate that the Russian-terrorist forces suffered losses when trying to storm the Ukrainian troops’ positions: two invaders were killed and three more were wounded.

"Three our servicemen received minor shrapnel injuries in shelling over the past day. The injured military were provided with professional medical care in a hospital," the agency said.

It is also noted that no Ukrainian soldier was killed or injured today, May 11. The Russian-terrorist troops opened only harassing fire with small arms, refraining from active combat operations last night.
