On April 18, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Policy was to consider progress and outcomes of implementation of the government action plan for 2017, Censor.NET reports. However, today’s statement on the Committee’s website said that the hearing had been postponed to June 20.
"Changes have been made in the agenda of the Committee meeting of April 18, 2018. The hearing of the report on the progress and results of the Action Plan for the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in 2017 was postponed to the regular meeting of the Committee on June 20, 2018 beginning at 2:30 p.m.," the statement reads.
"Following its review by the committees, the Verkhovna Rada should hear the report and support or reject it. In the latter case, the government headed by Volodymyr Hroisman would face resignation," LB.UA says.
The current session of the parliament will be held until mid-July, after which the lawmakers will go on vacation until the fall.
