Alleged masterminds of terrorist attacks in Russia visited Ukraine to put blame for them on ATO fighters, - source

Former bodyguard of deceased Russian businessman Boris Berezovsky turned expert of Federal Information Center Sergei Sokolov, Chief of the same agency Ruslan Milchenko and their alleged supervisor, Russian senator’s son Andrei Klintsevich visited Ukraine before Russia waged war against Ukraine.

This is evidenced by border crossing records obtained by Censor.NET from a source related to Ukrainian secret services.

According to these records, Milchenko, Sokolov and Klintsevich visited Ukraine twice in February 2013 riding Moscow-registered Honda with H126HP license plates. The source also said that Milchenko and Sokolov arrived in Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk (now known as Dnipro City – Ed.) on the same flight from Domodedovo airport in April 2013. They also took the same flight to get back to Russia.

Earlier, Priamyi TV channel said citing own sources that Sokolov who engineered acts of terrorism in the Russian cities to justify the Russia’s invasion of Ukraine was supervised by Andrey Klintsevich, the son of the First Deputy Chief of the Federation Council Committee for Security and Defense Frants Klintsevich.

Even earlier, the FSB arrested an employee of Federal Information Center Sergei Sokolov along with Ruslan Milchenko, the Federal Information Center’s chief. Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Hrytsak made the following comment then: "We believe that the FSB generalship was forced to apprehend Sokolov in attempt to minimize damage to its reputation, turn its back to the Federal Information Center, renounced Milchenko, Sokolov and other persons involved taking into account that Sokolov started getting out of the Russian secret services' control.” According to Hrytsak, Sokolov has been actively seeking the possibility of traveling to a European country to disclose the details of the cynical provocations plotted by the Russian secret services, which he was personally involved in. The SBU said in August 2017 that Sokolov and Milchenko were to organize terrorist attacks in the Russian cities to subsequently put blame for them on the Ukrainian nationals who took part in the anti-terrorist operation in the Donbas.
