According to Censor.NET, coordinator of the Information Resistance group Dmytro Tymchuk writes about this on his Facebook page.
"Military vechicles and artillery (with caliber more than 100mm) of the militants and Russian servicemen, previously deployed in certain parts of the line of contact with the Ukrainian troops in the Donetsk region, are now simply transferred to other areas, primarily near Donetsk and Avdiivka," he wrote.

According to him, since Russia prepares next "humanitarian convoy" to enter Ukraine illegally, this is might increase intensity of shelling of Ukrainian troops positions.
Also he explained this attacks gradation as the following:
The humanitarian convoy of September 12: the day of entring Ukraine - 35 fire attacks, after one day (time for delivery of ammunition that arrived with an escort to the positions of militants) - 63 fire attacks.
The humanitarian convoy of September 20: the day of entring Ukraine - 29 fire attacks, after one day - 70 fire attacks.
