Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) Artem Sytnyk lodged a complaint against the decision of Nazar Kholodnytskyi, the head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP), regarding the criminal case regarding the National Agency for Corruption Prevention (NACP).

This is evidenced by the relevant document obtained by the TSN editorial office, Censor.NET reports.

Sources in the Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) familiar with the matter told the news agency that Sytnyk accused Kholodnytskyi of having ambiguously changed the definition of the criminal case filed under testimony of Hanna Solomatina, the former head of the NACP’s directorate for financial control and monitoring officials’ lifestyle.

The complaint is dated Nov. 24, 2017.
