Putin Broke Promises to Open Corridor to Evacuate Ukrainian Soldiers from Ilovaisk: Battle Continues, Journalist Says

Russian President Vladimir Putin broke his promise to open a corridor for the evacuation of the Ukrainian troops that are now surrounded near Ilovaisk.

This is stated by Censor.NET editor-in-chief Yurii Butusov on his Facebook page, Censor.NET reports.

"Putin broke his promise to open a corridor to evacuate the wounded troops from Ilovaisk group of sector B. The fighting continues. No other information will be provided by me until the end of the operation. You cannot trust any of Putin's promises. The bastard ..." Butusov wrote.

Last night on the official Kremlin website published a statement by Russian President Vladimir Putin, in which he called the terrorists in the East of Ukraine to "provide a corridor for the Ukrainian troops from the encirclement."

The National Security and Defense Council, in turn, said that this appeal by Russian president reiterated the fact that the terrorists in the Donbas are controlled directly from the Kremlin.
