Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said this on Friday after meeting with European Energy Commissioner Guenther Oettinger in Moscow, Censor.NET reports, citing Reuters.

Also he reiterated that Russia is ready to provide Kiev with a discount of $100 per 1,000 cubic metres for gas supplied to Ukraine due to the customs duty.
The European Union urges Russia to strike a temporary deal with Ukraine to allow natural-gas flows to resume while a court reviews arbitration cases. The temporary agreement could stay in place until an international court rules in the cases filed by OAO Gazprom and NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy, Oettinger said.
