 Kuchma Confirmed Terrorists Promise to Cease Fire Until June 27


The Second Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, participating in negotiations in Donetsk on resolving the situation in the east of the country, said that the parties managed to agree on a cease-fire until the morning of June 27.

He stated this at a press briefing after the talks, Censor.NET says citing Ukrainskaya Pravda.

"We have agreed on a bilateral ceasefire until 10 am on June 27," said Kuchma., OSCE representatives present at the meeting said in their turn they would co-work to find the group disappeared in the Donetsk region. "The OSCE promotes the peaceful settlement of the conflict, but we must be sure that our mission will be safe," said the representative of the OSCE mission.

Multilateral negotiations between representatives of Ukraine, terrorist organizations DPR and LPR and the Russian Federation were carried in the Donetsk Regional State Administration on Monday. The Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov, the head of the OSCE representative Heidi Tagliavini, the second President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma, the head of the public organization "Ukrainskii Vybor" (the Ukrainian choice) Viktor Medvedchuk, representative of the DPR Alexander Borodai, leader of pro-Russian movement "Yugo-Vostok" (the South-East) Oleh Tsariov and representatives of the LPR took part in negotiations.
