This was stated by head of the trade union Konstantin Ilchenko, reports NBN.
According to Ilchenko, it was made to hand the demands of miners to owner Rinat Akhmetov and Luhansk oblast governor Volodymyr Prystiuk.
"The members of the independent miners union, knowing that their demands will not be met, seized the Red Partisan mine director's office. We will pass their demands only to the owner Rinat Akhmetov and governor Volodymyr Prystiuk. We will stand until the end, our claims are just, and we ask all honest citizens to support us," said Ilchenko.

Ilchenko said that in the case of ignoring the demands of the Independent Trade Union of Sverdlovsk, "we will have to set political demands to the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych.
The Union also intends to seek the support of the PACE, OSCE, ILO and other international organizations, and insist on a special investigation of the violations of human rights and labor law in Ukraine.
On 21 December 2012, the representatives of the Independent Trade Union forcibly entered the office of the director of the Red Partisan mine to give a list of requirements, the essence of which was to spread the rules of the collective agreement on the members of the Independent Trade Union and give them the same rights as members of Coal Industry Workers Union.
