In an interview to Era-FM he noted that: ""A large number of problems does not give the government, the National Bank, or the parliament the right to make haphazard chaotic decisions based on enforcing the fiscal and administrative burden on the economy and society. This always gave only negative results ... Decisions such as an attempt to introduce 15% tax on currency sales are unacceptable," said Kinakh.
According to him, the Party of Regions opposes currency tax.
"The faction is unanimous: this bill should be removed from consideration. Indeed, today it was withdrawn by its sponsors," said Kinah.
He acknowledged that Ukraine has a really complicated situation with payment and trade balance.
"This year's projected negative trade balance is at least 14-15 billion dollars. We import more than we export," summed up Kinah.
